Health Information Clerk
1 Full Time positions, day shift (M-F) with occasional call-back. Primarily responsible for reception duties, assembling and reviewing medical records for completeness, filing and retrieval of medical records, release of information functions, and birth certificate processing. This position requires accuracy in work, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette required. Computer skills, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and use of the internet required. Must be available for occasional call-back hours for birth certificate processing.
