What You'll Do
As the Sales Region Office Coordinator for the Ag & Turf Marketing group located in Olathe, KS, you will manage administrative functions related to invoicing, procurements/expenditures and outside suppliers to maintain consistency and efficiency throughout the office. Additionally, you will:
Assist the support staff, which includes scheduling backup support for service areas to ensure these activities are maintained at the expected level of service.
Compile information and create reports for use by others (i.e. personnel and sales and marketing reports).
Interface with other company units and departments on issues related to meeting arrangements, logistics, dealer requests and others as needed.
Assist with various building and dealer events, services, and travel arrangements (e.g. site visits, annual meetings, shows, company vehicle usage program).
Assist in maintaining internal websites using basic web publishing software applications and MS SharePoint.
Create and maintain sensitive records and legal documents.
Organize, enter, and maintain data and reports for office and remote division sales managers.
Participate in process improvement-related committees and workgroups.
What It Takes
We need an outstanding communicator who has excellent team and relationship building skills and able to work effectively with all levels of personnel. You must have solid conflict resolution skills with strong multi-tasking capabilities and a high attention to detail. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role. We also require:
1+ year(s) experience in clerical role.
Strong computer aptitude and experience with Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Experience maintaining confidential data.
Excellent at making independent decisions.
A strong candidate will also have:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Scheduling or planning experience.
Experience using Videoconferencing equipment (such as WebEx, etc).
Experience providing support and logistics to remote managers and employees.
