Phamdo " Associates, P.C., a full-service Certified Public Accounting Firm located in Randolph, MA, is currently seeking an energetic, full-time Firm Administrator with an outgoing personality and positive attitude. The Firm Administrator will directly assist clients on a daily basis and support firm employees. Since its founding in 1984, Phamdo " Associates, P.C. experiences constant growth and offers a full range of services including: accounting, IRS audit representation and conflict resolution, tax, litigation support and business advisory services.

The Firm Administrator performs a variety of general supporting tasks to different departments, including the following: 1. General office maintenance including answering the telephone, filing, and daily bank deposit 2. Confirm and set appointments 3. Monitor all incoming and outgoing mail 4.

Purchase supplies 5. Prepare and clean-up of conference room for client meetings 6. Schedule " Coordinating building/equipment maintenance with vendors 7. Organize and plan firm functions and events Basic Qualifications: 1.

High school diploma or equivalent 2. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook 3. Must be neat and well organized 4. Detail oriented 5.
