Job Description Develops and implements strategies to source qualified diverse candidates to meet requirements for mid to high level positions from internal, external and/or referral candidate pools. Leads and participates as part of the recruiting team to provide high quality, timely and cost-effective staffing and placement services to internal customers. Builds relationships with candidate pools and ensures timely communication regarding placement decisions. Utilizing independent judgment and discretion, provides total staffing service to clients, e.g. recruitment strategy, sourcing, and candidate assessment and selection and complies with all legal requirements. May be responsible for recruitment needs that are more advanced, i.e. technical expertise, more senior professionals, more complicated client accounts. Has an in-depth understanding of behavioral interviewing skills and candidate evaluation techniques. Ability to interview and assess candidates for high impact positions.

. Requirements

Qualifications: *
  • Experience as a Talent Consultant or in Human Resources with a focus on mid to high level clinical recruitment efforts. *
  • Prior implementation of creative and innovative sourcing methodologies to solve problems and deliver out of the box solutions. *
  • Customer centric and consultative, with ability to influence through formal and informal channels. *
  • Business acumen with a disciplined approach to managing and measuring work. *
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred. *
  • Energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude. *
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
