General Overview

The Clinical Content Team, in collaboration with various Partners e Care design, build and implementation teams, is responsible for the creation of clinical content for the Partners e Care Project. The Clinical Content Team is led by the Clinical Content Director and Associate Director. The Clinical Content Coordinator position will support the Clinical Content Team in the development of the clinical content management approach, planning, and execution of the plan. The Clinical Content Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the efforts to assess current state, identify customer requirements, identify gaps and define the future state and/or business solution for the clinical content of Partners e Care.

The Clinical Content Support Coordinator role reports to the Clinical Content Project Manager of Partners e Care.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the process for content development, standardization, coordination, maintenance and archiving for Partners e Care.
  • Assists with coordinating and engaging clinical groups, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other health professionals and operational leaders to ensure that clinical content meets functional, workflow and process requirements.
  • Develops meeting materials for Clinical Content Team Sub Committees including but not limited to agendas, meeting materials, issues and risks logs
  • Provides meeting support for Sub Committee Clinical Content Design, Build and Validation sessions
  • Collaborates with the other Clinician Teams and the Partners e Care application teams
  • Performs other responsibilities as determined by the Clinical Content Director/ Associate Director and Project Managers

Skills/Abilities/Competencies
  • Understanding of clinical operations and related business processes
  • Knowledge of clinical care processes across disciplines and across the care continuum
  • Proficient in program and project management
  • Excellent communication skills including strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented and efficient
  • Proficient with standard office technologies and software

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related required.
  • Must have 5 years experience in developing and integrating business processes preferred
  • Experience with clinical content development and maintenance in a hospital/ health care system environment preferred
  • Experience participating in multiple large projects and project teams

Working Environment
  • General day hours with flexibility to meet the demands of the position
  • Standard business environment with frequent local travel between Partners Healthcare System sites
  • May require travel for external training
