Visual Presentation/Store Maintenance · Ensure the Brand Integrity of the company is reflected to customer
Help train and support store management in the planning and supervision of store flips
Help ensure store meets merchandising and maintenance standards
Provide necessary feedback to Store Management to drive the business through visual and merchandising opportunities
Participate in monthly flip execution to ensure process result is picture perfect
Accomplish window changes and the dressing/styling of all interior mannequins on time and on concept
Store Experience · Ensure that Customer Service levels are met and exceeded beyond expectations at every opportunity
Address merchandising concerns expressed by Store Experience Manager / District or Regional Store Experience Manager
Re-merchandise according to sell-through, clarity of offer, and store concept
Complete walk through with store management at every store visit to ensure seamless execution of all visual standards and that business needs are addressed
Adapt the photo directive to effectively suit store
Communicating store deficiencies i.e. lighting fixtures, visual standards
People
Work with in store Staff to ensure stores follow directives
Work hand in hand with store operations to elevate monthly directives/store flips
Assist and ensure the visual training and development of all new hires is completed
Motivate staff and align activities to achieve business goals
Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus
Ensure dress code compliance
A minimum of 1-2 years of display experience in a high volume or flagship location
1-2 years of Management experience in Retail industry
Seeks creative projects and is entrepreneurial
Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
Excellent English communication - verbal and written
Excellent time management/project skills
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner
Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results
Dedicated to high levels of Customer Service and Sales Productivity
Must be able to work shift standing and walking for days spent in store environment
Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting in receiving / stocking store functions
