Under direction and guidance of the IT Manager, supervises the day to day operation of the Electronic Banking department. Implements operational plans to support the business unit and company growth goals.
This position is responsible for managing the operations for all payment products including ATM/Debit card processing, ACH, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay and ATMs. Manages policies and procedures. Delivers consistently high quality and responsive service to internal and external customers. Understands how e-banking operations fits into the bank’s payment strategy. Initiate and execute changes in programs and/or procedures by understanding customer needs, impact on operations staff, risk accompanying the changes, and utilization of automated alternatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5-10 years banking experience.
• Highly proficient in ACH origination, ATM/Debit card processing, Online Banking and Bill Pay.
Must be proficient in regulation and compliance rules related to commercial services and cash management products and services.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to interface with customers.
• Ability to work as a team player in a high paced environment.
