The SEO/SEM/PPC Marketing Analyst will develop and deliver all aspects of Hard Dollar’s global online marketing programs. These include paid search, organic/SEO, web directories and social media activities to support established lead generation and sales revenue goals. This position will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of on-page optimization, off-site promotion, and social media projects are a must. This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive and own their programs in a rapidly moving environment.

The SEO/SEM/PPC Marketing Analyst will:
Assist in the production of all “Analysis” related tasks and deliverables for:
Content Gap Analysis
Local Search Analysis
Assist in the production of all “Development and Implementation” tasks and deliverables including:
Link Development & Implementation
Link Acquisition Reports
Meta tag and content Optimization Analysis of site architecture.
Learning new skills and staying on top of the fast paced changes in the SEO field.
Researching websites that can aid in attracting backlinks.
Making phone calls and emailing other websites.
Contributing relevant content to other websites.
Provide weekly reports detailing performance against goals and make recommendations for improvement of programs based on findings and trends
Maintain inventory of online assets and ensure adherence to branding guidelines
Identify new potential media and directory sources
Developing new and innovative strategies for increasing the web presence
Perform constant testing and analysis of data using defined metrics to drive continuous optimization
Social strategy development
Social media creation/optimization
Social media monitoring
The MUST HAVES to be our next hire:
College degree in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, communications, journalism and/or minimum 4 years experience marketing websites.
Experience managing online advertising programs such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & web-based directories.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Must be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize results
Strong writing skills to repurpose content to drive SEO and integrate keywords into web content.
Solid Prospect Communication Skills: The candidate should be comfortable calling and emailing potential partner websites to communicate the value of our client websites.
Good Organizational Skills: The candidate should be able to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Willingness to Learn: Becoming a successful Internet marketer demands a willingness to keep up on industry news and stay informed.
Self-directed, enthusiastic, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team-based environment
Fundamental understanding of HTML
Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
