An exciting opportunity is available at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia for a dietitian who is interested in being part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team for the heart transplant, cardiac surgery and medical programs. Primary responsibilities include: providing nutrition support and medical nutrition therapy to patients, educating patients and their caregivers regarding nutrition, serving as a nutrition resource to medical and nursing staff, educating house staff and students.
