Position Summary
The incumbent in this role will be accountable for the sales of DealerTrack Inventory Solutions, Websites and Digital Marketing to franchise car dealerships. Will be accountable for generating and maximizing sales revenue and increasing Inventory Solution customers within a defined/assigned region. This territory is: Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Nevada. ~

Primary Duties
  • Generate revenue according to the sales goal for the assigned region
  • Discuss, present, and demonstrate key advantages of the Dealertrack Inventory Solution, Websites and Digital Marketing to the customer
  • Build trusted relationships with decision makers at the dealership; Dealer Principals, Controllers, and General Managers
  • Ability to Interface and interact with Dealer Principal, General Manager, UCMs and Manheim Representatives
  • Uncover business development opportunities to propel company‚Äôs growth
  • Performs other duties as required

  • Retail automotive experience preferred. (GM, GSM, Pre-owned Car Director or Dealer Principal)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferable
  • Knowledge and experience of Inventory Solutions or similar products used in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge and experience of Dealer Websites and online marketing solutions used in the automotive industry
  • The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the auto dealership departments and its processes
  • Must have the ability to present the Dealertrack products face-to-face and over the phone with potential customers
  • Previous experience in managing a multi-state sales territory is preferred
  • Must have the ability to close sales opportunities and maintain a long-term trusted relationship with the customer
  • Must have above average computer skills
  • Highly organized
