Performs a variety of duties secretarial and clerical, under the direction of the Head and Neck Cancer Professor. Responsible for his academic and clinical calendars. Responsible for academic and clinical daily responsibilities for Head & Neck Practice with over 2,560 patients per year and gross charges exceeding 3.1 M per year.
High school with additional secretarial experience; demonstrates communication and organization skills; medical terminology preferred; minimum 5 years in a secretarial role. Academic or medical experience preferred.
