This individual is responsible for the installation, configuration and/or replacement of all facets of desktop hardware and system/application software. This individual also provides essential support for the end-user including hardware and/or software troubleshooting and repair.
Associates Degree in Information Systems or related curriculum or equivalent of one to three years in a PC/LAN based environment.
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Windows 95 or Windows NT Workstation required.
May consider candidates willing to complete MCP within one year.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a PC/LAN/WAN environment.
