Manage end-to-end regional pipeline, including financial analysis and investment recommendation for all real estate activities and timely delivery of real estate decisions
Lead the development of regional real estate market plans, including cross-functional alignment on deployment, real estate action, financial target, etc.
Independently own sales forecasting and transfer analysis for specific regions and drive estimating accuracy
Present investment recommendation and business case to senior leadership/executives
Drive tool, database development and analytics, including investment model, GIS application, forecasting methodology, hindsighting, real estate tiering, competitive analysis, etc
Cross functional partnership with Real Estate Directors, senior Operations leadership, Construction, Visual and Store Design to inform investment recommendation
Manage real estate specific or company strategic initiatives such as Long Rang Plan, Open-to-Buy, and customer experience
Serve as single point of contact of Real Estate Analytics for regional projects
Identify opportunities and drive efficiency in real estate/pipeline processes
Support senior leadership and cross-functional business partners with timely, accurate, actionable financial analysis
Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with Real Estate Directors, Operations , Store Design, Visual, Construction, Legal and Finance
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field. MBA strongly preferred
6 to 10 years work experience, preferably at least 2 years in investment banking or private equity
Solid knowledge of financial theory and able to perform financial analysis in a fast paced environment
Ability to explain complex financial analysis in non-technical terms
Ability to synthesize financial analysis with business partner feedback into a clear business case recommendation
Expert in Excel; Strong in Powerpoint and Access. Knowledge/experience in GIS applications a plus
Strong analytical, problem solving, organization and communication skills
Comfortable with presenting to executives/senior leadership
Strong sense of accountability and ownership
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with and influence business partners across organizations
Skilled in time management and able to manage multiple priorities and projects
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
Team player with a positive attitude
