Sales Operations Manager:

- Design, propose, and implement creative solutions to improve sales operations processes, reduce cost, and enhance productivity.
- Define and lead the execution of sales operations projects related to topics such as, field manager performance, contact management tools, booked revenue tracking, and commission management.
- Create and direct a comprehensive project management system for all sales operations initiatives.
- Manage the communications process between reimbursement, customer support, and the field sales team.
- Drive innovation for the sales force automation system and manage its related internal and external partnerships.
- Develop ongoing improvements to the sales metrics system.
- Manage the sales forecast process. Create proposals and actions to continually improve that process.
Undergraduate college degree and significant work experience in sales operations, with emphasis on demonstrating high-level analysis and thinking. Direct leadership experience managing large projects from conception to execution.
