ANTICIPATED STARTING DATE: March 2012
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in an appropriately related field with two years experience in education administration, preferably higher education. Preferred criteria includes: experience in industry (such as health care or manufacturing) needs assessments, program design and implementation, evaluation and community outreach and coordination; as well as a Master's degree.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The position requires extensive collaborations with state agencies, businesses, and community groups, credentialing entities, as well as faculty, administration, students, and staff of the College and reports to the Associate Dean of Continuing Education.
Essential functional areas include:
MINIMUM SALARY: $57,739 approximate annual.
- Design credit/noncredit program planning; development, marketing, implementation and evaluation, to reflect local industry needs.
- Conduct extensive outreach to business and industry partners to determine workforce development needs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of training that creates career pathways directly to employment or linkage with college credit programs.
- Developing and sustaining strategic relationships; internally and externally.
