Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide vales and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace. Campus Recruiting is responsible for sourcing activity for campus (non-visit and local schools) across all Lines of Service (LoS including Advisory, Assurance and Tax).
The selected candidate will have demonstrated experience with the following:
Strategic & Technical Orientation:
Uses working understanding and functional expertise of sourcing programs and broad understanding of the LoS.
Range of Impact:
- Leverages local market influence on the sourcing of candidates relative to impact on market sourcing teams.
- Applies working knowledge of Sourcing activities and strategies to goals within market.
- Provides technical expertise and assistance to Market Sourcing Team.
Scope of Responsibility:
- Serves as a member of the market sourcing team that conducts sourcing in the local market offices for campus and experienced hires across all LoS and IFS.
- Has impact on short-term Firm sourcing and headcount initiatives in the local market, .
direct financial and budget responsibility for sourcing programs and schools managed in the local market, and limited responsibility to help the Firm manage risk exposure as it relates to sourcing.
Screens and assesses candidates
Plans and participates in market recruiting events
Executes recruiting efforts at assigned smaller schools and alternative campus recruiting sources
Manages PwC relationships with faculty, career centers and students at assigned schools
Manages the early identification of campus recruiting candidates and continuing communications with those candidates by the Firm
Identifies effective local sources for diverse candidates
Builds working relationships with local partners, staff, and HR colleagues related to recruiting efforts
Reviews sourcing information systems to work towards data quality and completeness as it relates to local market information
Responds to routine recruiting-related questions from partners, staff, candidates, and new hires, prior to candidate offer acceptance or candidate rejection by PwC
Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:
Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of human resources related experience.
