Responsible for assisting in the setup and maintenance of the Lawson Human Resources Information System. Responsible for the processes that provide for integration between the HR information systems and other functions including but not limited to employee benefits, compensation, and general human resources. These functions include the creation and maintenance of various data elements within the HR Information Systems.
Creates production and ad-hoc reporting of Human Resources related information for use within Human Resources and in external departments. Provides project support and coordination. Performs data collection and analysis for salary and benefit administration, compensation, benefit program design, and special HR projects.
Reports to the Manager, Human Resources Information Technology
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
*Demonstrated understanding of Lawson functionality.
*Demonstrated knowledge of employee benefits, and human resources policies and procedures, and general human resources operations.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
*One year Lawson or human resources related software experience required
*Working knowledge of software packages such as Lawson, Outlook preferred.
*Experience with reporting applications such as Crystal Reports preferred
