•Bachelors Degree and 5-10 years relevant experience working in a large multinational environment.

Support the Partnership for Prevention Program lead for Benefits Design. Working directly with the Regions across the GSK Enterprise, Health Providers ( 3rd Party Vendors), GSK internal regional and local teams.
Negotiating terms, conditions and structure of the Preventative services supporting the regional and local GSK colleagues.
•Accurate P4P benefits design needs assessments that will ensure delivery of all 40 preventive services, preferably utilising existing healthcare/medical vendor(s). Identify and escalate design gaps that are not (or cannot be) addressed by P4P/current plan.
•Ensure a robust administrative and network capability of the vendors selected to deliver P4P and related treatments at an appropriate level of care, in conjunction with the Nurse Advisor team. Identify and escalate non routine countries (vendor self assessment tool and/or select visits)
•Assessment and mitigation (where necessary) of company and employee benefits in kind tax, where applicable.
•Regional and country P4P benefits delivery plans co-created with central and local partners.
•Develop a systematic approach to assess integration of existing medical with P4P vendor(s) where needed and assist in selection.
•Work with central and local teams to ensure that P4P communications accurately reflect benefit design, and are in line with GSK benefits governance principles and philosophy.
•A P4P programme which is fully integrated into the existing standard medical plan, filling all gaps and utilising a vendor that meets our clinical standards.
•Appropriate and accurate local/regional outcomes measures. Monitor key metrics up to 6 months post launch in region and develop action plans to address gaps as needed.
•Identify significant benefit design risk/service provision issues and triage to appropriate P4P owner
•Identify opportunities and good practices and escalate to appropriate P4P owner
•Can be based in the Eastern US, UK or virtual (Europe/ME/Africa/S America)
•Up to 50% international travel
