As an Executive Briefing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Global Solutions Center team with administrative support. The Global Solutions Center serves as Diebold World Headquarters' show room and primary executive meeting space. You would serve as a point of contact for Diebold executives, Board members, investors and clients and often be the first person to greet general visitors.
Support duties include:
Administrative and logistical support for Diebold’s executive briefing program, executive meetings and Global Solutions Center tours and events
Providing support for TelePresence (videoconferencing)
Administering online calendars and status reports
Monitoring department inboxes as needed
Answering multiple phone lines and tracking incoming inquiries
Providing support for tactical marketing initiatives, when required
At least 1 year of prior administrative or executive assistant experience in an office setting
Exposure to leadership at a large company preferred, but not required
Strong verbal and business writing communication skills
Organization and time management skills
Microsoft office proficiency, specifically in Word, Excel and Outlook
Comfort with high level of visibility
Promptness, reliability and flexibility in hours absolutely required - meetings may begin as early as 7am and end as late as 6pm
