CareMeridian is currently seeking an Entry level Marketing Representative.
who's primary role is to assist in increasing the publics’ and employee’s exposure to the company’s mission and initiatives, by assisting in the creation of marketing materials and communications under the direct supervision of a marketing coordinator.
Essential Job Functions
Acts as liaison with state directors, program managers and recruiters requesting projects under supervision of marketing coordinator.
- Training and exposure in coordinating branding materials; program and office signage, logo, design/color coordination.
- Training and exposure in routine marketing planning and management of annual calendar of events.
Assist with freelance creative consultants and marketing related vendors-printers, graphic artists, copywriters.
Provides assistance for conference exhibiting, direct mailings, collateral and imprint ordering, desk-top publishing projects.
Attends meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; assists in establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
Training and exposure in promotional materials by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Training and exposure in tabulating consumer demographics or other related statistical information into a graphic format or marketing type portfolio for promotion purposes.
Training and exposure in utilizing desk-top publishing and graphics software for assisting in the development of newsletters, marketing collateral materials, ads, slide presentation materials.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
The Entry Level marketer will be under close supervision of an assigned Marketing Coordinator for a 6-8 month period, or until the coordinator feels the employee is ready to perform above listed responsibilities at a level not requiring direct supervision.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field; with two years of experience in public relations/marketing. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Clinical License: RN, LVN, RPT, OTR, RPT
