Our fast-paced marketing team at SIMULIA, the Dassault Systèmes brand responsible for providing engineering simulation technology to our global customers, is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and quality-conscious graphic design intern to join our Marketing Communications team. Candidates should be capable of delivering high-quality presentations, collateral and offer creative ideas. Our marketing programs target mechanical engineers at leading manufacturing companies such as; adidas, Boeing, BMW, Procter & Gamble, Toyota, and more. Work schedule is estimated to be 25 hours per week during business hours of 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday. This is a paid internship.
Support visual design and communications for the SIMULIA brand.
Convert existing PowerPoint presentations to new brand template (50%).
Support design of graphic elements for documentation and collateral (30%).
Support creation web banner ads, flash animations (20%).
Ensure all design work meets corporate identity guidelines.
Work under direct supervision of the Lead Designer.
Advanced skills in using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, Final Cut, HTML.
Pursing degree in Graphic Design, media technology, or business communications.
Attention to detail and ability to take initiative and work creatively are vital.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, detail oriented.
Must be team player yet able to work independently (manage own work effectively, show initiative, able to focus and prioritize).
Applicants MUST be currently enrolled in an academic program.
