Baker Hughes International (BHI) is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Service Rep. for the Artificial Lift Systems product line in the Tulsa, OK area. This position is responsible for advanced knowledge of the artificial lift product line and knowledge of ordering parts and inventory for orders. Have the ability to work well and communicate well with others in a fast paced environment and able to process information in real time

in accordance with Baker Hughes policies. Additional responsibilities include working with account managers and with internal/external customers, under limited supervision. This position is a critical foundation for BHI Customer Service and support.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Receives, reviews, and enters customer orders.
Writes procedures and assists in establishment of department policies.
Participates in training of customer service personnel.
Handles multiple product line(s) with multiple entity support.
Receiving information from account managers requesting equipment for specific wells.
Able to work in a time sensitive environment when responding to requests for equipment.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience.
Industry experience preferred.
Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal assistance/supervision.
Proficient in order entry software.
Knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Ability to work well and communicate well with others.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
Ability to be on call in a rotational scheme.
Able to get the job completed and work outside of normal hours depending on job demands.
