Minimum Requirement - Primary Education :
High school graduate.
Minimum Requirement - Primary Experience :
Must have three years of food preparation experience in salads, vegetables, and/or meats including one year of experience in management or supervision of a medium-to large-scale commercial full-service restaurant or state resort park food facility.
Education Substitution :
One year of culinary training will substitute for one year of the food preparation experience.

Description of Job Duties
Coordinates the work of employees performing cooking, kitchen cleanup and sanitation, purchasing and kitchen duties. Performs management functions of the food service operation in absence of the Food Service Operations Manager. Performs cooking duties at Lake Barkley and performs other duties as required.
