Supports field organization by initiating purchase orders for all existing stores
Serves as the primary liaison between field management and fixture purchasing department in order to ensure the timely delivery of additional or replacement fixtures
Administers chainwide rollouts and researches damages or late deliveries
Researches and corrects all invoice discrepancies
Provides support to the stores
Performs special projects as assigned
THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN FRAMINGHAM, MA BUT WILL BE RELOCATING TO MARLBOROUGH, MA IN THE SPRING OF 2013
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Solid communication skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent computer skills; Excel and word
Bachelor’s Degree related field or equivalent work experience preferred
