Responsibilites:
Selling to all customers accounts and agencies for Peak UpTime

Generating, developing and closing leads to grow territory-Enterprise experience a plus

Penetrating territory in undeveloped areas by assigned category or territory

Proactively soliciting, handling and closing RFP's

Assist with ordering and RMA Procedures for all networks being maintained.

Maintain documentation for renewals of services and service agreement for all customers

Other duties as assigned.

Work with customers-project team to resolve issues associated with installations and Services

Orders are completed in a timely fashion as agreed with the customer.

Detailed documentation is maintained on all projects for all accounts.

Support is provided for all Sales quickly and effectively.

Assist with issues relating to the Kansas City Office

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills

Excellent technical writing skills required

Strong time management skills required

Strong Knowledge of solution selling and business flow processes

Basic knowledge of computers – networks-telephony-VOIP

Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools preferred

Basic knowledge of switching and routing preferred

Must complete Certification in at least 2 Sales or Administration related disciplines per year
