We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager who possesses the following attributes: self-starter, highly motivated team player, customer service focused, dependable, and born leader.
Manage all daily operations of a large (324 units) Affordable Housing apartment community located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Maintain acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 95%).
Develop and implement a marketing plan for the community.
Ensure required move-in and move-out paperwork is completed according to governing regulations.
Ensure rental unit inspections (move-in, occupied, annual, and move-out) are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure collections of all monies due to the community (i.e. rent) are received.
Maintain positive relationships with the community owner/s and its residents.
Completion of reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the company.
Responsible to maintaining the community to company standards.
High school diploma or GED. 2-- 4 years previous Property Management experience. Tax Credit experience a plus; Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting. Ability to organize and schedule work of employees. Must possess a valid drivers' license. Should possess basic knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing public housing. Previous marketing experience preferred. Should possess proficiency in operating a computer and Microsoft Word and Excel software.
