. This position provides both structured classroom trainings and one-on-one and on-site trainings as needed. This position requires flexibility to deliver training as needed, including evenings and weekends. Frequent travel involved
Responsibilities include the following:
Conduct orientation for all newly hired employees, to include classroom, one-on-one and on-site
Actively participate in the ongoing training of direct care staff to include in-services and training within the programs
Provide input to modify and improve existing training programs as well as develop new training curriculum
Participate in the development and implementation of quarterly program manager training
Ensure the quality of assigned training materials and methods in order for unlicensed staff to perform their job duties under the established organizational, state and federal guidelines
Two or four year degree and minimum of two years experience in training or five years direct training experience in lieu of degree required.
Experience working in a variety of positions, inclusive of direct care and program management strongly preferred.
Effective communication skills required.
Strong presentation skills in both large and small group settings is essential to be successful!
