Adecco Engineering and Technical, the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Sales/Account Executive to join our growing team.
We are one of the highest performing offices in the Engineering and Technical division and are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to join our team and become a key contributor to our success. We work with some of the top companies in the area and have a fun, team oriented atmosphere.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing new business through cold calls, prospecting and territory planning
Expanding current business through relationship building and targeted marketing strategies
Putting people to work throughrecruiting and filling job orders with a variety of clients in the technical and engineering fields.
We place engineers, IT professionals, project managers and technicians in industries such has biomedical, chemical, manufacturing, research and development, web development, marketing and more.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or similar
1 - 5 years experience in an office or sales setting
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong computer skills
Self-sufficient and results driven
Ability to take initiative and manage time efficiently
Ability to work in a team environment
Adaptable, flexible, hard working and reliable
