Join a leading producer of aircraft for corporate, government, private, and military customers around the world as the Director of Compensation, Benefits and International HR located at their headquarters in the Southeastern US. The Director is responsible for providing strategic and tactical direction and managerial oversight to all Compensation, Benefits and International HR groups, resulting in industry leading compensation and benefits programs and well management international HR. Benefits Program: Provide innovative leadership to the cost-effective, competitive global benefit programs that help retain existing talent and enables the company to successfully recruit top talent within the very competitive high tech industry. Healthcare Programs: Design, implement, and lead the management of effective healthcare programs for all company employees. Support negotiations with outside vendors to secure the optimum cost-effective programs at all domestic and international site locations. Health Management Programs: Design, implement, and lead the management of employee health management programs and provide guidance to the company's medical/dental suppliers in how to better support company healthcare issues. Solicit and provide creative ideas for new heath management programs at the company, supporting the company's desire to recruit and retain the top employees in the field. Compensation Programs: Structure a cost-effective, competitive global compensation program and incentive compensation plan that helps retain existing talent and enables the company to successfully recruit top talent within the very competitive high tech industry. International HR Management: The Director of Compensation, Benefits, and International HR will be responsible for coordinating all administrative aspects of all expatriate and other international assignments for company locations throughout the world. Employees are working at company sites; at customer and supplier sites and at individual offices located throughout the world.
Candidates MUST have the following qualifications: Experience working at companies with $1B+ in sales Experience managing the design of compensation & benefits programs at very large ($1B+) companies. Experience managing the international human resources function for a company with locations and employees located throughout the world. MUST have experience in ALL THREE areas of responsibility for this position: Compensation, Benefits and International HR management. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a Human Resources related field. Master's degree or MBA and HR certifications (CCP, GPHR, CEBS) are pluses.Experience: Minimum of 10 year progressively responsible Human Resources experience, with at least 7 years managing compensation, benefits and expatriate administration in a company with sales of $1B+. Must possess strong knowledge of global HR practices and experience designing and delivering compensation systems and leading benefits design changes. Must possess solid business acumen to effectively integrate best practice compensation, benefit and international programs into business operations that support the company's vision, values and financial goals.
