High School Diploma, Secretarial, receptionist experience required. Outpatient medical setting experience is an advantage. Responsibility for clerical and receptionist functions for doctor’s office, when the Secretary is occupied (i.e., make appointments, answer telephones and take messages, check patients in and out, collect payment, maintain patient files, typing and other duties as necessary). Ability to type and use computer and other office machines. Good telephone communication skills. Good patient communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced setting.
