Responsible for oversight of tasks to ensure that the IT department is in compliance with regulatory requirements for Sarbanes-Oxley, SAS 70, PCI (Payment Card Industry) and emerging requirements. This also includes assessing feature and functionality application changes for compliance with ESI application change control standards. Drives pertinent change control process improvements. Leads and facilitates interaction between audit and the IT workforce to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance processes and standards, including timely responses to audit requests, communication of exceptions, requesting changes to key artifacts, etc. Assists in providing guidance to IT workforce members on regulatory compliance matters, including design of controls, mitigation of risk. Leads compliance readiness assessment projects.. Takes a lead role in periodic compliance reporting requirements, such as 302 and 404 certification (SOX), the Report of Independent Service Auditors Reports (SAS 70), and the PCI ROC (Record of Compliance). Performs work with IT control and process owners to monitor compliance, address business or process changes that result in material changes to key control activities, and resolve exceptions identified through the audit process. Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategies for improving the regulatory compliance process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.Assists in providing guidance to IT workforce members on regulatory compliance matters, including design of controls, and mitigation of risk. Leads compliance readiness assessment projects.

2.Leads and facilitates interaction between audit and the IT workforce to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance processes and standards, including communication of exceptions, requesting changes to key artifacts, compliance with the application change controls, etc.

3.Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategies for improving the regulatory compliance process and internal control environment.

4.Takes a lead role in periodic compliance reporting requirements, such as 302 and 404 certification (SOX), the Report of Independent Service Auditors Reports (SAS 70), and the PCI ROC (Record of Compliance).

QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related degree essential.
-3 Years of Experience
-Certification in Regulatory Compliance (i.e., CISA, CIA, CISSP, CISM) helpful
-General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office a must.
-Knowledge of IT control risks, objectives and activities helpfulBackground in Sarbanes-Oxley, SAS 70 or PCI auditing desired.
-IT auditing experience helpful.
-Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues with innovative solutions
-Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
-Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
-Extremely detail oriented
-Strong customer service focus
-Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable addressing all levels of management
-PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM products and services helpful but not required
-Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines and some travel
-Demonstrated effective analytical skills
-Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
