Position Summary: Provide administrative assistance and customer service phone support for Portfolio Management to include Extended Credit, Leasing, and Franchise Finance Portfolios.
Generate and distribute reports
Process losses and repossessions for all products
Customer Service phone support; handle customer and field inquiries and requests
Handle administrative requests from Senior Administrator, VP and Directors Portfolio Management
Reporting, tracking, and administrative operations for the Franchise Finance Van Portfolio
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
