The Environmental Solutions Product Line provides innovative approaches to solving the challenges associated with site restoration, water treatment, and water infrastructure. Battelle is currently seeking an Intern in Columbus, Ohio.

Position Responsibilities:

-Take direction from technical staff and work independently and effectively to solve complex engineering problems in a team environment.

-Generate, capture, input, analyze, and report defensible technical data.

-Write technical reports and proposals.

-Perform laboratory experiments under the supervision of technical staff.

-Follow standard operating procedures.

The following Requirements must be met to be considered for this position:

-A student with Junior or Senior standing pursuing a bachelor degree in Civil, Chemical, Ecological or Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science.

-3.0 GPA or higher

-Strong analytical and communication skills

-Prior experience working independently on a variety of projects

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
