This sales position is specifically designed to give entry level candidates rotational exposure to all areas of Business Development, Sales and Marketing, many levels of corporate leaders and divisions, and a pathway to promotion into other areas of the company.
It is also one of the entry level positions at Power that 98% of our executive and management teams began their careers with the company in.
The Entry Level Sales role is a vital tier in this professional progression and management training program which plays an important role in our business development and sales efforts through our Retail, Event and Field Marketing campaigns, but also is responsible for many internal aspects of our Business Development and sales campaigns.
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute client cultivation strategies for local sales and marketing campaigns. Interface with decision makers within assigned partners to increase sales account penetration to generate business development. Deliver short sales presentations to decision makers within assigned customer base. Coordinate sales visits and marketing activity to assigned partners daily. Build and maintain external client relationships. Act as corporate sales liaison between clients and PHRG. Attend daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings, trade shows, events, conferences and on-site client visits to increase brand awareness. Uncover and identify new business opportunities for business development, sales and marketing initiatives. Develop sales forecasts monthly for assigned departmental groups.

BA/BS 1-2 years professional experience or coursework in business An interest in management, marketing or sales An Articulate and Professional Demeanor Self motivation and discipline An ambitious and competitive nature Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Comfort with public speaking Resourceful problem solving abilities Highly evolved customer service skills A personality and skill set that is scalable - We're looking for someone with promotion and managerial potential as the department and company grows
