We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Technical Recruiters to join the Alphanumeric team

Position Summary:
To recruit, screen and place prospective technical candidates for external (staffing) positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify qualified talent in direct accordance with the job requisition and manage the recruiting process for the requirement
• Creatively source candidates through existing database, job boards, contacts and direct recruiting efforts
• Perform screening and evaluation of viable candidates
• Maintain communication/relationship with candidates
• Timely maintain the Recruiting Pipeline and Recruiting Database
• Negotiate compensation packages based on applicant skill-set and client bill rates
• Adherence to recruiting performance guidelines including submittal ratios and submittal SLAs
• Remain current on employment regulations and guidelines
• Oversee the completion of client requirements and documentation
• Effectively communicate the benefits of working for Alphanumeric Systems, Inc.
• Strategize with teammates to accomplish business growth goals
• Work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals

Perform other duties as assigned.

· Minimum 5 years technical recruiting experience

· Minimum of 2 years staffing/agency experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Solid interpersonal skills

· Thorough understanding of recruiting resources & tools

· Effective time management and organizational skills

· Results-driven with a proven track record and strong desire to meet and exceed goals

· Customer service focused and excellent follow-up

· High sense of urgency and ability to multi-task

· Solid understanding of technology trends and solutions - ability to interpret technical requirements and submit highly qualified candidates in a timely manner

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.); minimum five years technical recruiting experience or equivalent combination. Must be able to demonstrate proven track record of successful technical recruiting.
