Xyntek is seeking entrepreneurial-minded, dedicated and motivated employees that are interested in joining a fast-paced Systems Engineering " Consulting Team. The ideal candidates will be involved with Portfolio and Planning Management Systems analysis and implementation projects. The desired candidate will have PlanisWare 5 / OPX2 experience and strong leadership capabilities. The candidates will work as part of a project team gathering user requirements, developing functional requirements specifications, and configuring and supporting PlanisWare 5 / OPX2 application within complex and matrixed business and IT organizations.

Responsibilities: As a PlanisWare / OPX2 - Technical Systems/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering user and functional requirements from various business and IT groups and support the configuration, deployment and use of the PlanisWare solution. Specific duties will include: • Managing communication, coordination, and working with client to understand their technology needs " requirements, and evaluating the existing process workflows to see how it can be enhanced by meeting the Business Requirements • Support Project/Team Leaders through the configuration and deployment of Planisware / OPX2 application environment • Deploy PlanisWare / OPX2 environment to various business functional and IT areas • Install, configure, design, and develop using OPX2 from Planisware • Responsible for providing expertise in both development project planning process and the PlanisWare/OPX2 Planisware toolset. • Responsible for coordinating the continuous improvement of PlanisWare/OPX2 cross functional project templates and activity libraries. • Accountable for updating the status of the project plans in the Planisware System / OPX2.

  • Documenting new requirements and processes • Developing process maps (As-Is / To-Be) based on requirements • Managing communications between the client business and technical team • Communicating technical functionality from the technical team • Evaluating impact on new business requirements and system functionality, and providing feedback on impact to approved processes. • Communicating with end clients to define project scope and requirements • Interaction with project team and evaluating and recommending technical solutions • Preparing functional and detailed design specifications • Providing system testing and support services Qualifications: • 2 -5 years in technical systems / business process analysis within Portfolio and Planning Management Systems development, implementation and support environment. • In depth knowledge in PlanisWare/OPX2 • Business analysis experience with strong experience in PlanisWare projects implementation, integration and deployment - certification in PlanisWare is preferred. • Work experience in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries • Self-motivated and quick learner of business processes and technologies • Excellent technical writing and communication skills • Bachelors / Master ’s degree in Computer " Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS or related IT degrees About Xyntek Established in 1986, Xyntek, Inc.
