Duties and Responsibilities:
The Department of Medicine at New York Hospital Queens is seeking a
full-time clinician-educator to join its primary care practice. The
successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient care and
academic pursuits including resident education, clinical program
development, quality improvement, and/or clinical research.
Candidates must be board certified in internal medicine, and prior
patient care and teaching experience are preferred.
Responsibilities include office patient sessions and resident
precepting sessions. Additional responsibilities include academic
activities such as noon conferences, grand rounds, and residency
curriculum development. Knowledge of Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
