Our company is seeking an assistant event planner to provide support to our team of event planners. This position will be instrumental in planning and executing events that provide the highest level of customer services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detailed individual with a confident and professional demeanor to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The organization's fast paced environment requires a high energy individual with the ability to learn quickly, maintain composure and effectively respond to change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides support to assigned event planner when managing and executing
  • Coordinates the pre-event planning, and budget management of events
  • Works with event planner to plan menu, budgeting, and pricing
  • Coordinate schedules for events
  • Oversees the maintenance and daily operations of events
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication Skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
