High School/GED...Provide customer service to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community and internal departments throughout the SLHS, that includes, but is not limited to; Scheduling tests, procedures, treatments and services, determining financial accountability, providing information and referrals, proactively problem solving concerns/issues, and providing patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedures.
