Location: Plymouth, MI - Headquarters Job Code: 36 # of Openings: 1 Description Primary Function: Support the Regional Account Manager – Asia by assisting with sales inquiries, marketing, project management, and overall customer support. Also directly support Link China and Link Japan. This position reports to the Sales Manager. Core Responsibilities and Requirements: * Assist with preparing sales quotations in support of Asia region * Relay information to Regional Account Manager , other pertinent departments and international Link offices regarding customer requests, activity and problems in a timely and professional manner * Organize sales contracts for orders obtained and track order process delivery * Work with Regional Account Manager, international Link offices, Accounting and other appropriate departments to ensure contractual obligations and payment terms and conditions of agreements are met * Prepare translation of sales and service agreements * Prepare reports used by management and sales staff for forecasting, analysis, and budgeting * Create and distribute daily weekly monthly reports, such as sales reports * Maintain office files and other records for Asia customers * Make travel arrangements for Sales personnel, as needed * Coordinate and generate schedule for customer visits, as well as product acceptance and training * Support customer visits through travel and hotel arrangements, arranging meals and other activities.

Translating as needed. * Collaborate with Regional Account Manager to create marketing material and sales presentations * Maintain customer records, using Link systems * Support additional Sales staff, as time allows * Other administrative duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: * Associates Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related degree * Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, speaking) * 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing or customer service * Strong Microsoft Office products skills * Ability to communicate effectively with Sales staff and customers * Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments * High-level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse people and cross-functional teams * Professional, self-motivated and well-spoken Preferred: * Experience with ERP system * Project management skills Link is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
