      The main purpose of the role is to provide day to day support to the Revenue Management Analysis and GRO Support teams through management of training plans, meetings and variety of internal and external communication. The role will be predominantly assisting the VP Revenue Management and Online Analytics with coordinating activities within and outside of the team and providing basic reporting and analytical outputs.

      What will I be doing?
      • Managing the ID management process for hotels

      • Managing schedules of the Revenue Management Assistance Line (RMSAL)

      • Providing daily analysis of RMSAL performance

      • Compilation of ad-hoc reports and presentations with high level commentaries

      • Managing diaries of senior members of the team

      • Organizing internal and external training plans

      • Self learning of the Revenue Managent path with the objective to assume Analyst role's responsibilities

      • Managing assigned projects from initial project definition to a final delivery

      • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in hotel industry, Revenue Management practices, and/or systems & analysis.

      • Solid knowledge Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

      • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience

      • Well spoken and written output.

      • Ability to engage with senior team leaders within the organization.

      It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
      • Advanced knowledge Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Project management experience.
