Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
Maintain client satisfaction and retention efforts. Manage and develop a team dedicated to supporting clients by analyzing complex problems, identifying root causes and assisting with driving practical and creative solutions. Foster teamwork and a supportive departmental culture with an emphasis on ensuring exceptional client service. Lead daily activities of assigned team by providing coaching, mentoring, development, guidance and timely resolution of issues within the team environment. Identify and implement departmental best practices to ensure employees are following best practices. Required Qualifications:
A minimum 9 years of experience which includes three (3) years in account management, healthcare, insurance or benefits experience 3-5 years of previous management experience. A combination of experience and training may substitute. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to work in a self-directed fashion -Proficient skill level in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products and various web applications -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to foster interpersona Education:
