The Web Analytics Analyst supports JCREW’s Direct business by creating and updating regular dashboards that provide insight on site traffic patterns, feature usage and customer engagement. Using Omniture and related tools, he/she will deliver regularly updated reports to drive business decisions, support customer engagement and improve website conversion. In addition to standard reports, the Analyst will help pull ad hoc information to support critical business analysis. JCrew’s Web Analytics Analyst will be adept at analyzing and synthesizing information to ensure ROI visibility on all site features and facilitate sound decision making on roadmap and enhancement priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Support J Crew, Factory and Madewell properties and analytics reporting
  • Ensure consistent tracking, analysis and reporting of core website KPIs in various weekly and monthly Dashboard formats (page views, clicks, conversion, etc.)
  • Become expert on Omniture capabilities and site tagging
  • Assist with all QA effort of all creative and functional tagging throughout the site
  • Implement/improve website tagging process
  • Assist with analysis and reporting on effectiveness of new site feature launches
  • Provide input to process for continual improvements based on analytics data
  • Prepare critical data for feedback to Merchant and Creative teams to drive higher sell-thru key items
  • Support analysis and reporting on testing and targeting efforts underway with third party
  • Support adhoc requests, as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience with Omniture or related analytic tool in Ecommerce environment
  • Strong quantitative skills – demonstrated ability to apply logical thought process to problem solving
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize and distill down large volumes of data down to key takeaways
  • Highly adept with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Intellectually curious
