The Sedona Group is recruiting for an experienced Quality Supervisor for a full time direct hire need. Essential duties of the job include: provide leadership and expertise in quality for processing center to ensure a safe operating work environment, operational effectiveness & overall customer satisfaction. Supervise all functions associated with maintaining & managing the quality of the product & employees from order to delivery. Includes: Conflict resolution with customers & suppliers. Customer satisfaction management of Quality with a 98% on-time delivery requirement & error-free parts. Minimizing customer returns for lowest R&A% possible. PPAP reporting on all required parts. Capability studies & management of all equipment for improvements. SPC tracking of parts/equipment. Management of calibration of all measuring equipment. ISO Certification. Qualified candidates will have a 2-year technical degree, 4-yr college degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisor level role with Quality & Safety experience, problem solving skills, computer skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Data Analysis skills required (Capability, SPC). Knowledge of OSHA & EPA requirements, experience establishing ISO programs.
