Meridian Health Services has been serving the community for over 35 years and is accredited by the Joint Commission.Meridian Health Services is currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to be responsible for clinical supervision of the Children's Services program in Jay, Blackford, Grant, and Wells County, Indiana.The Children's Services program establishes positive, long-term support by working with children and families on improving communication and developing appropriate coping skills. Children's Services offers family assessments, goal planning and individual skill building services in the home, in the schools, and out in the communityTravel up to 75% is required; candidate must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license & proof of auto insurance.

DUTIES

Provide individual and group clinical supervision for bachelor and Master degree staff.Reviews treatment plans and progress notes to ensure clinical services are appropriate with the client's level of care needs and are appropriate with the diagnosis.Provide clinical direction for staff.Signs off documentation of new staff as needed. Assists with clinical audit processes.Maintain positive relationships with referral sources. Assists with evaluating client satisfaction.Promote program services to the community.Completes intakes for admission to services.Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff, clients and referral sources: Communicates openly, honestly and constructively.Treats all employees, clients and referral staff with dignity, respect and courtesy.Takes responsibility for and makes every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect with regard to concerns and problems.Readily requests clarification of job responsibilities.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervise at least 8 individuals that provide direct services Responsible for the overall clinical direction and the coordination of program servicesAssigning and directing work Appraising performanceAddressing complaints and resolving problemsSupervisor on call rotation for the Connxxions program emergency serviceClinical Responsibilities: Provides individual and group therapy and emergency evaluations Productivity expectations determined by program and budget requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Will consider LMHC or LMFTMaster degree in Social Work preferredDrug test, background check, fingerprinting also required.
