The VIP Manager will be responsible to create a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for the guests and their children. Schedule concierge staff according to business flow. Set-up information to be utilized by the concierge to better assist guests efficiently.
Oversee the operation of our concierge. Select and train, develop lobby concierge, club level concierge. Set up an information center to be utilized by concierge staff to better assist guests. Coordinate VIP arrivals and amenities.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-3 years upscale management experience in Concierge Services/ Front Office operations. Strong guest and organizational skills needed. Professional concierge or guest services memberships encouraged. Excellent communication skills, be energetic, flexible, a team player and be dedicated to providing a consistently high level of customer service. Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends is essential.
