Ability to multitask & lead by example. Assist Executive Chef Owner w/ product ordering, staff supervision, quality control.
Sous Chef is in charge of all Stock and Sauce preparation from scratch, delegation of daily prep needs.
Must be a good communicator and be able to motivate others to excel in their positions.
Knowledge of food sanitation guidelines is paramount "Serve Safe Certification" a plus.
Minimum 4 years experience in a supervisory or lead kitchen position in a quality operation cooking fresh items from scratch.
Culinary Education a plus but not necessary with adequate experience.
Excellent Salary DOE plus Benefits . Five Day 55 hr work week with paid overtime.
