Achieve maximum sales profitability, market penetration, and growth in the SMB market by effectively selling products and services resulting in very positive customer experiences.

  • Contact prospects and partners by phone
  • Follows up on leads and opportunities in order to achieve revenue goals.
  • Handles lead and opportunity management, sales pipeline management, partner relationship building, and general sales support.
  • Provides Web-based demonstrations
  • Manages sales process through to closure including selling with partners and direct
  • Completes other duties as assigned
  • Some travel required

  • Education: BS in Business or technical field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven sales experience in an indirect channel or business-to-business sales environment
  • Good communication skills with technical and non-technical individuals
  • Must have good problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
  • Must enjoy a fast paced work environment with lots of day to day variety
  • Must be enthusiastic and organized and should be able to thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented work environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM system
