The Repair Technician is responsible for correctly diagnosing computer components and cosmetics, then replacing the faulty components with new ones. Each component must be properly failed through the system and replaced with the new component. The Repair Technician will be required to search for part information using client provided research utilities. The Repair Technician must be detail oriented and follow up quickly on all daily tasks to ensure the TAT requirement is met. The Repair Technician will inform their supervisor of all needs and challenges they face. We look forward to receiving your application!         High School Diploma, College is a plus Experience Target 2 to 5 years warehousing/production and/or repair experience Skills Bi-Lingual (English, Spanish) is a plus MS Word MS Excel Web Browser Knowledge/Abilities Experience with WMS/ERP systems Experience in production/warehousing/repair operations Ability to work with a variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds. Very Detail Oriented Experience with inventory control Ability to identify and utilize computer components. Ability to utilize online search tools to determine required information. Special Certifications A+ Certification
