Opportunity:
The Preneed Company of America, Precoa, is actively recruiting for a Family Service Counselor to represent Thompson Hall & Jordan Funeral Home, OH.
The Family Service Counselor functions as the outside sales representative for the funeral home. You will meet with families on a preneed basis, assist in the prearrangement process, and motivate the client to purchase a guaranteed preneed funeral plan. This plan is a specialized life insurance policy designed for funerals that provides the consumer with the ability to secure today's prices for the arrangement, and receive coverage for the full cost of the funeral while making payments. If the client dies during the course of the payment plan, the funeral is paid in full, and the emotional and financial burden of planning a funeral at the time of need is greatly reduced. Every time you make a sale, you positively impact the family.
Requirements
Strong Interpersonal sales abilities and relationship development skills.
Sales experience helpful but not necessary.
Excellent Communication Skills/Lead Generation/Networking abilities.
Current Ohio life insurance license or the ability to obtain one.

Benefits & Compensation
First year income: $40,000 - $75,000.
